1.5 lbs Chicken Tenderloins

1 lb fresh Green Beans (or asparagus)

1 large Red Onion, sliced

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prep the Pan: Line a large baking sheet with foil/parchment. Preheat oven to 400∘F.

2. Toss Vegetables: Toss green beans and onion with 1 tbsp oil and seasoning on one half of the pan.
