2 chicken breasts, diced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp lemon juice or soy sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the ingredients:

    Chop vegetables and dice the chicken. Gather all ingredients before starting.

      Cook the chicken and garlic:

        Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown.

          Add vegetables and broth:

            Add mixed vegetables and pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.

              Combine with pasta or rice:
