  • 1 Non-stick pan
  • 2 Spatula
  • 3 Cutting board
  • 4 Knife

Ingredients
  

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell pepper)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ cup cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions
 

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add chicken slices and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes.

      Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

        Drizzle with lemon juice and toss until evenly coated.

          Serve warm over cooked rice or quinoa.

            Notes

            You can replace chicken with shrimp or tofu for variation.
