Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

½ cup chicken broth or stock

2 tbsp pesto or preferred sauce

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop all vegetables. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Cook Protein: Sauté or bake chicken until golden brown.

      Combine: Add cooked chicken, veggies, and grains in a casserole dish or meal-prep container.
